Hypnotised Into a Zombie
Start by taking a deep breath in and holding it til the count of five then release it as slowly as possible. Do this ten times total. As you breathe in feel you stress and tension build up. Feel it all disperse as you breathe out. Making you feel calm, relaxed, and wonderful. Enjoy this sensation of absolute serenity and peace.
The more you relax the heavier your body becomes. The heavier your body becomes the harder it is to move, too hard to move in fact, you can try but you'll just fail. Go ahead and try but you're so heavy and too relaxed to move, stop trying. See how good it feels to just relax, now you're 10 times heavier but also 10 t

Nano and Honeydew were sitting at Lalna's bedside. Everything was silent except the weak beeping of the heart monitor, the periodic gasping as Lalna struggled for breath, and the occasional rustle of a page as Nano read a book Ridge had given her. The only structure that was still intact was Lalna's castle, but it was still sealed. No one – not even Honeydew or Ridge – could go through the force field.
